My fees are generally based on the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG). The initial assessment (15 minutes) is free, the first consultation costs €190. In out-of-court cases, we will agree on a fee arrangement.

Generally yes – they take over in legal disputes.Legal expenses insurance often covers some or all of the costs. However, this also depends on the terms of your contract with your insurance company.

Consultations are available online – in German, Polish, and English. I studied law in Germany.I studied in Poland and completed part of my studies in England, so you will receive expert advice in each of these languages without the need for a translator.

In urgent cases, we'll come immediately. Within the first 15 minutes, we'll determine together whether immediate action is necessary.

My main area of expertise is employment law. I can assist you in particular with: dismissals, termination agreements and settlements, unpaid wages, bullying, warnings, employment references, vacation issues, special protection against dismissal, and the establishment of a works council.

You must file a claim for protection against unfair dismissal within three weeks of receiving the notice of termination (§ 4 KSchG). After this period, the termination is generally considered valid. It's best to contact them within the first week – there are often other important deadlines to observe.
